It’s a Starbucks tradition like no other: the return of the coffee chain’s signature holiday beverages: and festive drinks.
Starbucks launched its holiday beverage menu on Thursday. The menu brings back classic drinks like Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Toasted White Chocolate Mocha and Chestnut Praline Latte.
The menu also features the return of seasonal coffees, such as the Christmas blend and the Holiday blend.
This year marks the 25th anniversary of Starbucks Holiday Cups, introduced in 1997. The company will introduce four new cups to kick off the holiday season.
“We’ve always talked about cups as little gifts, and we hope they feel like a festive treat for our customers and store associates,” Starbucks creative director Gary Jacobson said in a statement.

Starbucks Christmas Mugs 2022
The coffee giant said it will launch four Christmas mugs to mark 25 years of Christmas mugs.
Gift wrapped magic. A red and green mug with “wavy ribbons and sparkly sparkles” to resemble gift wrap.
Icy shine. This mint green goblet includes sparkles of stars and diamond shapes.
Wonder Ornament. The standard white Starbucks mug gets a festive makeover with a pattern of holiday symbols such as baubles and Christmas trees.
Cozy evergreen. This bright red goblet features a pattern of white Christmas trees.
What’s on the holiday menu at Starbucks?
This year’s menu will see the return of several standout beverages including Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Chestnut Praline Latte, Toasted White Chocolate Mocha and Irish Cream Cold Brew. Starbucks is also bringing back the Iced Sugar Cookie Almondmilk Latte after introducing it last year.
Making its debut this year is the Chocolate Pistachio Swirl, described by Starbucks as “filled with creamy chocolate with notes of cinnamon and coffee that is swirled in butter.”

What about Red Cup Day 2022?
Starbucks has yet to confirm when it will host this year red cup daywhen the coffee chain gives away a limited-edition reusable red mug with a holiday or fall drink order.
Red Cup Day last year was held on November 1 February 18, two weeks after Starbucks introduced its Christmas drink menu.
